La Trafila is a wholesale and retail fresh pasta business located in Gowanus, Brooklyn. It was established by Jiselle & Luigi Speranza in 2019 with the goal of providing customers with the highest quality & freshest pasta available.
Our team has over 15 years of experience working in restaurants and mastering the art of pasta making in order to create a product made with skill, love & tradition.
